It's always sad when you have to cancel one of our services after you've booked. But to ensure that your disappointment is minimized and you have no nasty surprises, our fair Cancellation Policy is clearly explained here. Read it carefully and be sure you've understood it before booking.
This section explains the cancellation fees levied for cancellation of our various services after booking, and the refund methods we use to execute refunds. FOTOLEY reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without assigning any reason. For latest cancellation terms, customers are advised to visit this page.
You can cancel your ORDER by communicating your decision to cancel by email to support. The date of the receipt of such communication will be considered for calculation of the cancellation fees.
There are no cash or cheque refunds for orders place through FOTOLEY.COM. Refunds will be processed to the same account that the customer has paid from.
In the unlikely event where a Service Provider cancels an Instant Booking made via Fotoley.com, (I) Fotoley will automatically reassign another service provider that matches the customer specified requirements of genre and location. (II) the Customer may will receive an email or other communication from Fotoley containing alternative assignments and other related information. (III) will initiate appropriate actions as per the policies against the service provider. If a Service Provider cancelled a confirmed booking and you, as a customer, have not received an email or other communication from Fotoley, please contact Fotoley at support email.
We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances under which one would want to cancel a confirmed booking. However, one must appreciate the fact that there is potential loss of other business opportunities for a service provider for the cancelled dates. Please refer cancellation terms mentioned below before cancelling an order.
1) If cancelling within 1 Hour of Booking: 100% Refund
2) If cancelling between 1 Hour of booking and 2 hours prior to shoot start: 50% Refund
3) If cancelling upto 2 Hours prior to shoot start: 0% Refund
Our algorithms are designed to match you with the best rated service providers. However, in the event of an unsatisfactory outcome of services, customers are entitled to a choice of 100% refund or repeat of services without any additional cost, provided the ‘unsatisfactory’ deliverables haven’t been downloaded from the portal.
We recommend you to cancel the booking and place a new one, in case you are trying to reschedule within an hour of booking. If not, cancellation charges would be levied during rescheduling. Please email us your rescheduling instructions if it has been more than 1 hour since booking but not within 2 hours of Event time.
